  • Week 1

    • MoveIQ Days

  • Week 2-4

    • Corrective Program

    • Sequencing

    • Schedule

      • Monday or Tuesday and Thursday or Friday

      • Monday/Thursday Group

      • Tuesday/Friday Group

      • Ath has to come to 2 sessions per week

      • Either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday

  • Week 5-8

    • Week of July 4 off, July 10 start

    • Week of July 31 finished, August 4 last day

    • Scheduled per group

      • Per sport, major movement, etc.

    • Transition into preseason sport

    • MAP training

      • Movement, Awareness, Proprioception

    • Sport-specific

      • Drive-specific

    • Power, Speed, Strength

  • Week 9

    • MoveIQ Days

      • FMS follow up
