Advanced Movement Studio is offering a Spin Fit class. This 60-minute class is a combination of indoor cycling, weight training and core conditioning. The class will focus on movements specific to cycling for strength, as well as non-cycling for injury prevention and overall fitness. Whether you are looking for off-season training or a new "spin" on indoor cycling, Spin Fit is for you!

Our classes are designed to feel like personal training in a group setting.

Our small-group fitness classes provide a one-hour workout that includes high-intensity cardio and weights for toning and calorie burning. Our classes are dynamic and comprehensive to give you a well-balanced workout. Plus, no two workouts are ever the same so you won’t be bored.
