At AMS we deliver personal health management correlated with your physician and primary care team.  We are your partners in living a healthy, active life.  We are there when you need the encouragement to push through the training and reach your goal. We are your guides as you work to return your body to its pre-injury activity level.

Fitness

Our fitness programs are dynamic and comprehensive to give you a well-balanced workout. Plus, no two workouts are ever the same so you won’t be bored. We welcome everyone no matter your fitness level! Sign-up for one of our small-group fitness classes - it feels like personal training in a group setting - or schedule an appointment with one of our trainers for exclusive or partner training.

  •  Small-group fitness classes – a variety of workouts that includes high-intensity cardio and weights for toning and calorie burning. Classes are offered Monday – Saturday at multiple times throughout the day. Our bathroom and shower facilities make it easy to workout before or after work.  View our current class schedule.
  • Exclusive and partner training – work one-on-one with a certified trainer or split the session with a partner. Available in 30- and 60-minute increments. To schedule a session, please contact us.
  • DUO Trainer – Ready for our toughest workout? Test your limits with DUO Trainer. DUO Trainer is a one-hour boot camp-style workout led by two certified personal trainers. It meets once a week for 8-12  weeks.

Injury Recovery and Rehabilitation

If you are recovering from an injury or managing a chronic injury, it doesn’t mean your days of being active and fit are over. With the right care and training, you can return to an active lifestyle. Our licensed athletic trainers have the knowledge and experience to create customized exercise plans that take into account your activity level and restrictions so you can rehabilitate your injury and stay fit. In fact, we strive to be the bridge between sports medicine, physical therapy and fitness.

  • Athletic Trainer- a licensed athletic trainer will work with you to improve, preserve or regain optimal movement and help reduce your pain for optimal living.
  • Manual therapy – a hands-on treatment of muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints aimed to decrease pain and increase function.
  • Kinesiotherapy – enhances the strength, endurance, and mobility of individuals with functional limitations or those requiring extended physical conditioning.
  • Recovery Zone- complimentary boot compression, muscle stimulation, and thermal modalities to stimulate reoxygenation of blood and increase flow to muscles and joints.
